This is one of my all-time favourite soups, not only because it carries the sentimental value of having been Thermomix demonstration soup recipe for UK Thermomix, but because I just love the way the red pepper taste blends with the tomato. And the pinch of cayenne pepper really lifts the whole soup. You can optimise the use of your Thermomix by steaming meat and vegetables in the Varoma while your soup cooks for up to 30 minutes before blending.

ThermoHubby John’s Orange- and Mint-Infused Crème Pâtissière is just one way Thermomix helps you take your cooking to new levels
One of my favourite salads is Caesar salad, said to have originated in the United States in the 1920’s and characterised by an amazing, creamy dressing loaded with garlic. Because of its fabulous blending power, your Thermomix is the perfect tool to make a wonderfully creamy, emulsified sauce.
Mmmmm… roast chicken for Sunday dinner – my favourite, and ThermoHubby John’s, too! I grind up some dried wild mushrooms in my trusty Thermomix 30 seconds/Speed 10, then mix in some butter (about 50 g) 10 seconds/Speed 5. Then I rub this gorgeous mixture under the breast skin of my chicken and roast it for a couple of hours.
I’m still on my diet and always looking for ways to make my meals tasty and enticing whilst keeping the fat content to a minimum. Steaming foods in my Thermomix’s Varoma steamer has been a tremendous help as it requires no fat, retains colour, and keeps flavours fresh and vivid.
Thermomix makes it fast and easy to eat healthy steamed food, including perfect rice.
Thermomix blended Soups are the Best Kept Secret of Dieting. Soup keeps you feeling fuller for longer than solid food, and it’s a great way to use up leftovers and cut down on waste.
In addition to creating fast and easy, healthy dishes for you and your family and to cleaning itself, Thermomix also saves you time by doing the cooking and stirring for you. So you can get on with the more important things in life.
