Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate broken into squares
  • 200 g praline chocolate broken into squares
  • 12 crispy crepe biscuits

You will also need

  • chocolate moulds in your choice of shapes (Easter eggs, hearts, stars, squares, etc.)

Instructions

  • Put the chocolate pieces into your Thermomix bowl and chop 10 seconds/Speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula to get all the chocolate down to the bottom of the bowl.
  • Melt chocolate 3 minutes/50° C/Speed 1.5. Scrape down sides of bowl and melt again 1 minute/50° C/Speed 1.5 or until the chocolate is fully melted and your mixture is smooth. During this time, take the crispy crepe biscuits out of their packaging and set aside on a plate, for instance.
  • Set your Thermomix on 1 minute/Speed 3 and break up the crepe biscuits over the hole in the lid, making sure all the pieces are mixed into the chocolate. Use your spatula for the final mix if required.
Crunch up the biscuits in your hand as you drop them through the hole in the Thermomix lid
  • Use a small spoon to fill your chocolate moulds.
Use a small spoon to fill your chocolate moulds - or risk being required to eat all the bits that overflow ;-)
  • Let set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then unmould and serve, or pack into gift boxes or gift bags.

Notes
